Themistra is a web-based platform that allows users to create, distribute, and analyze surveys.
The Service is currently offered as a beta product. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
Survey respondents do not need an account unless required by the survey creator.
3. Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To create surveys, you must register for an account using:
- Email and password, or
- Google Sign-In
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
3.2 Account Responsibility
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes
- Attempt to access or interfere with the Service in unauthorized ways
4. Surveys and Content
4.1 Survey Creators
If you create surveys using Themistra, you are responsible for:
- The content of your surveys
- The questions you ask
- Any personal data you choose to collect from respondents
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
You must not create surveys that:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Collect sensitive personal data without proper consent
4.2 Survey Responses
Survey responses are provided directly by respondents.
Themistra does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of responses.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process personal data.
Survey creators act as the primary controllers of survey response data.
Themistra acts as a service provider facilitating data collection and storage.
6. Emails and Communications
We may send you essential service-related emails, including:
- Account verification
- Password resets
- Important service updates
We do not send marketing or promotional emails.
7. Beta Disclaimer
The Service is provided on a beta basis.
This means:
- Features may be incomplete or change without notice
- Bugs or interruptions may occur
- Data loss is possible, although we take reasonable precautions
You use the Service at your own risk during this beta period.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner
- Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Themistra is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
